Abstract
Abstract: After a short overview of other models for tone center recognition, this chapter evaluates the tone center recognition model by applying it to musical examples of Chopin, Brahms, and Bartók. The examples belong to the tonal repertoire and have been selected as an illustration of the power and limits of the model.
